We are able to ship our products to customers in a growing number of countries
Shipping charge starts at $8.95 for standard First Class International up to 2 oz. weight

THE MAXIMUM VALUE WE CAN SEND VIA USPS 1st CLASS INTERNATIONAL IS $400
If your order is over $400 it can be sent by USPS Priority Int. Mail up to $1,000* Please select on check-out
*If your country specifies Registered Mail then it has to be under $400 as this option is only available with 1st Class International
USPS WILL ONLY DELIVER 1st CLASS REGISTERED MAIL TO SOME COUNTRIES - Max $400 THE ADDITIONAL COST IS $13.65 FOR THE SECURE SIGNED FOR MAIL HANDLING. THIS CURRENTLY APPLIES TO: Canada, Japan South Africa & South Korea
This is an additional USPS Fee and on top of our standard International S&H charge
Some countries e.g. Bulgaria, Italy & Spain must be sent by Insured Priority International
*CHARGES SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY USPS. Other fees may apply to certain countries
We will need to add any charges required by USPS and if not paid for with the order we will invoice you via PayPal prior to shipping

We are unable to under-value the item sent as it's against Custom's rules and would be counter-productive with regard to an insurance claim in the event of loss. All packages are marked as merchandize. We can't send products as a "gift" on the customs form as its illegal and fraudulent.
We reserve the right to add or remove countries at our discretion or upon policy changes by United States Customs. NOTE: International Orders Will only Be Sent To The Address Of The Card Holder. We cannot drop ship orders paid by credit card. If you are placing an order as a gift, or want the order sent to an address other than your credit card billing address, you must pay via PayPal with a verified address or make an offline order and pay by international money order or traveler’s checks
IMPORTANT - Taxes & Duty
Some countries charge a Duty Tax, some a Value Added Tax (VAT) and some charge both. Gold is exempt in some countries but responsibility for these and any other import charges rests solely with the buyer.
You can't cancel your order or later refuse to accept your order based on any import fees payable. If the carrier is unable to deliver your order due to refusal, you will be liable for return shipping fees, taxes applied and any additional duties for the return of your package to us. In these circumstances, we will be unable to re-ship your order until you have covered the full cost of the return shipping cost, taxes and any duties, we have had to pay on your behalf.
You will also be responsible for the fees necessary to re-ship the order back to you.
You should be aware of your Countries rules with regard to importing gold and be available to receive your shipment. International returns should be requested (subject to our refund policy) and the cost of shipping back is the buyer’s responsibility. Returns are only accepted if the gold is faulty and within 14 days of receiving order. We reserve the right to replace product or refund via PayPal.
Again, we are not responsible for any Duty, VAT or additional taxes that may be charged after the sale. It's the sole responsibility of the international buyer to check their local regulations when buying exported goods from the USA.

Free shipping is only available to the USA including Alaska, Porto Rico and Hawaii.
Insurance is optional and starts at $1.00 per $100.00 covered.

We reserve the right to refuse an order if the quoted price of an item is incorrect due to typographical, technical, or system error.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
Once an order is placed through Gold-Angels.co, you have entered into a legally binding agreement. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Once your order is processed and tracking number confirmed, you cannot cancel the order.
Cancellations
Cancelling a purchase of precious metal bullion products
· For every cancelled purchase, an administrative fee of $40 will be charged
· If the price of the precious metals you were purchasing rises above the price at which you agreed to purchase them, there will be no additional charge
· If there is no change in price from the time you make your purchase to the time it is cancelled, there will be no additional charge
Gold-Angels incurs a market loss when the price of the precious metals you were purchasing falls below the price at which you agreed to purchase them. Should this happen, you will be charged the equivalent of the resultant decrease in the total value of your purchase in addition to the $40 administrative fee.
